A Beekeeper from Bamyan

A honey bee-keeping project is giving new hope to families in Afghanistan's central highland province of Bamyan.

In a thoughtful tale of hard work and hope, H. Dawlatyar shares his experience of working as a consultant in the honey bee-keeping project, from learning how to care for the bees in Bamyan, to gaining the knowledge and skills to start their own businesses selling honey, and eventually leave Afghanistan for Aotearoa.
